Upon visiting your restaurant, I was captivated by its exquisite location and refined atmosphere, complemented by an elegant interior that reflects both taste and a pursuit of perfection. Unfortunately, the gastronomic experience left a profoundly opposite impression.
Beginning with the classic French onion soup, I was unpleasantly surprised by its excessive saltiness, which entirely overshadowed the natural sweetness of the caramelized onions. This dish, so simple in essence, was utterly ruined by an overbearing use of salt, robbing it of any elegance.
The pumpkin soup, described on the menu as a dish for those who appreciate soft and rich flavors, turned out to be an entirely unexpected ordeal. The overwhelming amount of spices, including those excessively hot, not only exceeded reasonable limits but was also not indicated in the description. As a result, the soup was simply inedible for anyone expecting a gentle and balanced composition.
For a restaurant of such high standing, such oversights are unacceptable. I sincerely hope that your establishment’s kitchen will reconsider its approach to flavor balance and that the descriptions on the menu will accurately reflect the...

I went to this restaurant with a friend, expecting a nice meal. We ordered fresh tuna salads—thinking it would be a safe, straightforward choice, especially given how busy the place was. To our shock, what arrived was raw tuna cubes sitting atop lettuce. Nowhere on the menu was it stated that the tuna would be served raw.
We immediately let the waitress know that we don’t eat raw fish and asked if it could be replaced or swapped for something else. Her response? A dismissive “Well, it’s fresh tuna, so this is what you get.” No apology. No attempt to fix the issue. Just indifference.
With no other options, I picked at the lettuce while my friend didn’t eat at all—the salad was drenched in tuna, making it impossible to salvage. And despite the fact that we barely touched the meal, we were still required to pay.
Not only was the menu misleading, but the customer service was cold and unhelpful. Apparently, “fresh” doesn’t mean what most would assume, and some serious work needs to be done on clear menu descriptions—and basic hospitality. We won’t be returning....
Read moreOriginally gave two stars because my enquiry from July 2024 went unanswered. Only recently did the restaurant get back to me, having finally discovered my email buried in their spam folder. To their credit, they reached out politely, explained the situation, and even provided proof — a rare gesture in hospitality. That effort deserves acknowledgement, and it’s the reason I’ve raised this to four stars. The delay of more than a year still matters, of course — email handling is part of professional communication, especially for a restaurant that trades on reputation and hospitality. But the fact that they took the trouble to investigate, apologise, and follow through shows a sense of responsibility that many others would not bother with. I appreciate the courtesy of their follow-up and trust their systems are now improved so no other message disappears into the void. That combination of honesty and willingness to make things right is what ultimately earns...
