Pizzeria Ristorante Il Brigantino — Restaurant in 's-Hertogenbosch

This evening we landed ourselves at Il Brigantino in Den Bosch, Netherlands. A family of five consisting of a father who likes any food, a mother on a FODMAP diet, and three daughters who are particular picky on soft bread with garlic butter and perfect pizzas. And the evening was one feast, from starters to dessert. Great food, and the service was very accommodating and friendly. Cooking nice Italian food is one thing (and some restaurants are even able to mess that up), but adding friendly, customer focused service is something else. At Il Brigantino you get both. Encouraged by good opinions, I decided to visit this place. Unfortunately, my opinion will not be good, because the whole family experienced a big disappointment with this place. The € 31 Antipasto misto is definitely an exaggeration. A few slices of cold meats and two tostini for this price is not enough. Carbonara in some strange sauce that the Italian probably didn't even see or eat: /. Seafood pizza very average, but the biggest disappointment is the cannoli. Nasty, frozen something that doesn't even look like this delicious Italian dessert. To give it to the client still frozen is an exaggeration. Bleeeh. I am against. ...

I was there today,was my birthday when i asked the desert i got a surprise with candle, i was very happy because i'm away from my whole family very lonely here and make me cry i was very happy at least some form of love i got today, the lasagne was amazing aswell i live so close (same street)and i never been there before i will visit more often for the other dishes...
