This is not a traditional Japanese ramen joint like Takumi. However, it is nevertheless, very very delicious.

The onsen egg is well flavoured, the soup is thick and flavourful, the ramen is definitely homemade and lastly, the chasiu, unlike the regular ones, isn’t thinly sliced but is crispy on the outside and extremely soft on the inside. This is a bowl packed full of umami flavours. Besides the amazing flavours, the service is also great here!

Came here thrice and my favorite remains the samurai miso ramen. It’s a child’s menu, so I had to ask them to make it as an adult portion, which I think would be a hit if they do. The umami on this one was not overpowered by the salt, nor was it hindered by the oil which could easily dull the tongue after a few bites. It was lighter and comforting.
