Restaurant Onesto — Restaurant in 's-Hertogenbosch

Onesto is located in a very vibrant street full of restaurants and can definitely exceed expectations.

The staff is very friendly and the food selection was very good and fresh irgedients were used.

Unfortunately it's not quite wheelchair friendly since the restaurant is quite small. I liked the meat that I chose, but in my personal opinion it was a bit dry and the Gorgonzola sauce was quite strong in its taste (but who expects otherwise as well).

I am curious to try the fish the next time. Huge recommendation is the steak tartar...

We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday a few weeks ago and we had a pleasant experience. Amazing creamy tasty spaghetti carbonara. The Italiano burger was also really well done - crispy, juicy and just right. We tried the Tiramisu based on staff recommendation and I realized I prefer the original version. Couldn’t get a reply until I made the effort to call. Sent them a polite email, never heard back. Only when I phoned did anyone bother. For a place trading under the name Onesto — ‘honest’, supposedly — the radio silence was a bit rich. Three stars feels fair, nothing more.
