TO BE AVOIDED: tourist trap and rude service

I ordered bosche bol and a glas of tap water. When paying I was surprised to hear the amount, and realized I WAS CHARGED 3 EUROs FOR A GLAS OF WATER. I explained I ordered a tap water (and actually got one since there was no any bottle served..) and the guy rudely responded: "We don't have a tap water". In my mind that should have been said before, when I was making an order.

Furthermore theis bosche bol is nothing special, very soggy with cheap milk chocolate on top. Slightly better than the bol from Albert Heijn.

Finally, they don't print the receipt, told me to take a screenshot from the computer??

All in all, low quality service...

On our bucket list was - try Bosche Bol, and we were told this is the only place to get the authentic article! The cafe is decorated so beautifully and you almost feel like you've stepped back in time. Highly recommend the bosche Bol here! Service was quick and polite. If you stop here you need to try the Bossche Bollen, it's worth it. It is the same sold at the Jan De Groot pastry shop, but in this place you will find less queue and a very short waiting time.
