Sent a polite email — received no reply. Only after calling did I finally get an answer. For a pub that trades on hospitality, a responsive email would make a big difference. Three stars feels fair. And in times when clear communication matters — as those of us from Ukraine know well — being left in limbo isn’t ideal, even if the phone eventually connected me to someone helpful.
