Worst customer service experience ever. Bought something from the Barista Shop and they took 10 days to ship my item to the Netherlands. They don’t answer e-mails or Whatsapp and barely answer the phone. Then I wanted to return but they don’t offer you a free label return service. Also, they just wrote me back when I left this review.

Update: because they requested me to delete the bad review I wrote in the Oriental Shop, I created the location of the Barista Shop and here I'm dropping my opinion regarding their unprofessional and...

Gelokt door lage prijzen. Blijkt het één of andere schimmige doorverkoop-shop te zijn met 0 producten op voorraad. Tevens ook niet bereikbaar via telefonie/mail.

Na 10 dagen godzijdank mijn geld terug gekregen.
