TOKO KAMPOENG — Restaurant in Almere

I ordered Rames kampoeng speciaal, online to take away. To my surprise, everything came packed mixed into one box: all the rice/noodles, meat, veggies. You cannot really put it on a table nicely, or separate hot/spicy things from the rest. And the flavors all freaking mixed up. I think this way they save pennies on packaging. Another issue is that everything is extremely spicy and hot, although I ordered non-spicy menu items. And given rice is covered with all the rest, it soaked with spicy juice as well. The dish size is rather small. The 'free cake' is a joke, is just like 20 grams piece. So as the result, most of the food went to the garbage bin, unfortunately. Will never order again. Lekkerste bestelbare Indonesisch in Almere! Echte aanrader is de nasi goreng, aubergine, en vrijwel alle vleesgerechten. O ja, de boncis zijn ook super lekker. Alles hier is eigenlijk lekker.

Ik weet niet wat die man heeft gesmoked toen hij schreef dat er verrotten eten was, maar dat is totaal niet waar. Ik bestel hier vaker en er is helemaal geen sprake van verrotte eten, het is altijd vers.

Wel een punt is dat het elke keer anders smaakt. Alsof er een roulatie is in de keuken van 'die kookt op maandag, die op dinsdag, etc.'. Maar dat vind ik wel weer lekker want ze hebben allemaal skill maar...
