McDonald's — Restaurant in Amstelveen

Not been there since they started charging their customers for the use of paper cups and carton for ice cream and mcflurry! They're obviously doing it for purely profit reasons and not caring about their customers. If it is because as they it is and that the government are charging them for using them in the first place, why not give the customers the option to bring their own box, bowl or cup. All they do is press button and the machine distributes the drink or ice cream.

I've noticed, as I'm sure they have too, that's its generally not as busy as it used to be. Shame on you...

It’s McDonalds. I like to see what they have that’s different than what we have in the USA. Dutch McDonalds was fabulous. The salad comprised of mixed field greens, cherry tomatoes, and some shredded other veggies. It was fresh and delicious. We also tried a couple of chicken sandwiches I haven’t seen in the states and the croquette burger. My husband and I weren’t big on the croquette burger. But all the chicken sandwiches were great. And we LOVED the fry sauce! We also liked the Mostard and Curry...

Ik ben bij Mc Donalds altijd een goede service gewend. Maar bij dit filiaal word je schofterig behandeld!! Onze bestelling was aan een verkeerde tafel gegeven. Maar daar moesten we zelf na 20 minuten achter komen. Na 15 minuten was ik al met mijn bon naar de balie gegaan om te vragen of de bestelling al bijna klaar was. Zonder het echt te checken werd er gezegd dat het al bijna klaar was. Niet dus. Ik moest er zelf achteraan. Toen ik aangaf dit heel vervelend te vinden vooral omdat ik het al een keer was gaan vragen en er toen niets werd uitgezocht. Toen ik vroeg hoe lang het ging duren. Geen antwoord. Uiteindelijk na 20 min ons eten, had ik verkeerd drinken. Moest ik wéér terug, het enige antwoord: oh. Niks geen excuses. Patat inmiddels koud, maar ik ging niet nòg een keer terug, want ik werd vies aangekeken. Niet lekker gegeten dus. Ik zat helemaal aan de andere kant maar de medewerkers bleven met elkaar smoezen en onze richting in kijken, en lachen. Bij weggaan vroeg ik waarom er steeds naar ons werd gekeken. Werd gezegd: Nee het is juist andersom, jij kijkt steeds naar ons! Sommige collega's voelen zich geïntimideerd! Ik was met mijn 2 kinderen en wilde geen discussie aangaan maar dit is zo absurd!!! Een foutje maken kan, los het dan in ieder geval goed op. Een klant zo behandelen is echt schandalig! Alsof het een clubje op de middelbare school is die aan het roddelen was ofzo. Zeer onprofessioneel. Ik kom hier nooit meer en zou het...
