I have been a regular customer of them. I think one of the first customers when they opened on Uber eats. This 1 star is not for food but how they could not provide the order on time today and had an extremely rude lady on the other end who doesn’t understand customer service and late delivery is fault of the restaurant. I ordered via Uber Eats. The order was supposed to be delivered at 14:30 but then the order time was changed to 14:50. I received no call or communication from the restaurant that the order is delayed. I called multiple times on their number and nobody picked up and I have screenshots to prove that. Finally this rude lady picked up at 15:00 pm after me calling the number already at least 5-7 times. Please note number was not busy and bell rang complete. I told her that I have an appointment at 15:15 and if the order is not delivered then we will not pay for the order. At 15:00 she told us the order is on the way and will be delivered in 10 mins. We waited till 15:20 and called her again to tell her that we have been long time now for the order and we will not pay for the order. However instead of apologizing for late delivery she began talking extremely rude with my wife. We were literally standing in the signal when I saw the delivery guy. He recognized me as I mentioned I have been a regular. I took the order delivery at 15:25 and we were already late for our appointment by 10 mins. Clearly this restaurant has lost its touch and doesn’t value its customer and their time anymore. This was the last time I ordered from this restaurant. I received also the confirmation in my email that they received the order and the food will be delivered at 8.40 PM. There was no food and no further communication at 8.45 pm. We called, sent whatsapp messages and there was no reply. We were still hopeful that we will get the food as we received the confirmation and payment was done, so we waited. Finally we lost the hope at 10 PM and started looking for other restaurants. Almost all were closed/going to close by then. Luckily one restaurant agreed us to provide the food although their kitchen was closing. They then delivered within 30 minutes. Sab Di Hatti, if you were not delivering, why your website was still receiving the orders at the time when we ordered? And it was well before your closing time, as shown on your website and other food websites. On thuizbezorgd also, your restaurant was open at the time we ordered. Sab di Hatti, you have spoiled our day yesterday. Such an irresponsibility. If there was an option to choose zero star on google review, I should have chosen that one.
