Pizzeria Ristorante Pibia — Restaurant in Apeldoorn

So going here was absolutely a good choice. I remembered going here once before with my parents, and I thought - you know what? Worth a revisit.

I was right to do so.

I usually would've gone for pizza because I love me some good pizza (and I know they're authentic as the place is run by Italians), but today I decided to order pasta dishes instead. I ordered a pasta dish with salmon for my girlfriend, and a pasta dish with cream truffle sauce and cheese for myself. Absolutely. Delicious. Both of them. You can tell the chefs have a passion for the food they make, and I highly appreciate that they do.

We also had some tiramisú that was made according to family recipe. The recipe is a good one, for sure, it went down really well after the pasta.

All in all, we had a great evening and will definitely be coming back! Grazie mille per il...

Very nice, clean restaurant with a positive atmosphere, with good and swift staff and fine food. Lot's of choices from the menu. You don't have to wait long for getting served and for your food to be prepared. Pizza's and lasagna where delicious. Deserts where also very impressive and tasteful, especially the brownies. Parking garage is around the corner. Restaurant next to centre...

Ik sta nog steeds versteld over de schofterige bejegening van de bediening hier. Tien voor tien werden wij er fijntjes op gewezen dat alle andere mensen om ons heen al klaar waren. En dus? De tent zou tot 23.00 uur open zijn. We hadden spontaan geen zin meer in een dessert, zeker niet toen er ècht niet gezegd kon worden welke smaak italiaans ijs geserveerd zou worden die avond (?!). Om 22.00 uur kwam er een stel binnen, hen werd duidelijk gemaakt dat zij niet meer welkom waren. Na een waterige cappucino, waarbij ondertussen het volledige personeel aan de pizza's ging achter in de zaak, werd om 22.30 uur kenbaar gemaakt dat we moesten vertrekken. Toen wij vroegen of zij dan niet om 23.00 uur sluiten, werd gezegd dat dat wel zo was, maar dat een ieder zo zijn afspraken heeft...Huh? Serieus, wat is dit voor een antwoord? Vervolgens kregen we de rekening inclusief chagrijnig hoofd van de serveerster, waarschijnlijk had ze nog niet geleerd hoe ze een fooi kon verdienen. Als je een gezellige sfeer zoekt in n restaurant, ga dan vooral niet naar Pibia. Italiaanse gastvrijheid vind...
