McDonald's — Restaurant in Arnhem

The service at this McDonalds is relatively quick. The staff is mostly polite, and sometimes a bit grumpy. They also make little mistakes with your order sometimes, although this isn't regular.

The interior of this particular affiliate is nice and clean, which makes it a nice atmosphere to enjoy your meal.

If you want vegetarian food, you can get it here. They have vegetarian burgers AND chicken nuggets. Next to that, the food is what you would expect: the over all taste is good, although the meat is dry, and the hamburger buns get soggy. The rest of the food is of good quality for a fast food chain. I was at this mcdonalds a few days after the BTS tinytans were released, which I collect, and they gave me a toy which I did not want!!! Then when I went inside to ask for it they told me they couldn't do anything about it so I am really disappointed. Another thing which ocurred was that we were in the mcdrive and they let 4 cars on the other side take their orders before us. And when we were finally able to order, they put us on hold and took the order of the other car again. Service is not that good and I am...

Prima bereikbaar. Redelijk veel parkeerplaatsen. Voldoende zitplaatsen. Vlotte afhandeling bij de McDrive. Lekkere koffie. Kijk je kunt natuurlijk McDonalds vergelijken met andere restaurants. Maar die vlieger gaat niet op. Er is nu eenmaal een concept, waar de franchisenemer of "eigenaar" zich aan moet houden. Binnen dat concept zal er wellicht wat ruimte zijn om invulling te geven (op beperkte schaal) aan plaatselijke behoeften. Ga je vergelijken met andere McDonalds in Nederland .... Waar het uiteindelijk om draait, is dat het voedsel dat wordt verkocht, gewoon goed is. En met gewoon goed bedoel ik 'dat wat je van McDonalds voedsel mag verwachten'. En als daar iets niet in orde is, direct naar de balie gaan om het te laten oplossen. Dat wordt natuurlijk een ander verhaal, als je hebt afgehaald en je komt er thuis pas achter, dat er iets niet klopt. Dat is absoluut balen. En (helaas) is het niet altijd een optie om terug te gaan voor bijv. de ontbrekende fritessaus of de verkeerde smaak milkshake. Want als je daarna weer thuiskomt, is de rest van de voedsel afgekoeld, of hebben je huisgenoten hun voedsel al op ... Het wachten is natuurlijk op het moment, dat de restaurants weer normaal open gaan. Want hier 's-morgens een lekkere kop koffie drinken met eventueel wat ontbijtproducten erbij, is toch echt wel een relaxte ervaring. Of op een iets later tijdstip, met iets lekkers voor bij de koffie. mmm ik her er nu alweer zin in. Nog ff...
