China Garden — Restaurant in Bergeijk

Lovey lovely food, amazing hosts and reasonable prices. On arrival we were greeted with a pleasant smile and welcome and shown to our seats. Our plates were being warmed in advance and the lovely waitress brought us our prawn crackers and explained the dishes so well to us as we were from the UK. She was extremely friendly and despite us showing up late (near to their closing time) they were very accommodating and stayed open later than usual to serve us food. Nothing was a problem and we were even brought some wonderful toys for our children to play with. The food was absolutely delicious and the prawns were hugeeee! Dishes were made to customs order too :) In fact all their portions are super huge so do order less than you usually would. We were also given complimentary mints, chocolates and sweeties at the end. Very pleasant place with an extremely kind woman. Fantastic foods, huge portions. Of course it is not a fast food restaurant but they are very quick. Much quicker than McDonald's, really :) The woman is like a superhero, she is handling 2 phones to take orders and serves who come to pick up orders and also who eat in the restaurant. Very nice food and portion size was very good. Friendly staff made us very welcome. Crispy prawns where light and with a perfect crunch, chicken satay was amazing, bread crumb chicken in sweet and sour sauce was devoured quickly by our hungry teen. The duck was a very good portion. Well worth a visit. They do close at 9 so make sure you get there...
