There was a big piece of glass in the playground. My husband gave the glass piece to one of the waitresses. Perhaps you should communicate with your staff better. If you have cameras, you can also check this event.

Staff is very rude and unwelcoming. We have made a reservation for 11 adults, 6 children. Our party was a big one some arrived on time and the others were late. This happens with big groups.. i don’t know why you are making a big deal out of this. You have demanded to take all our orders in one go, even though we were hungry we had to wait for others to arrive. After the fact, you have also complained that it was hard for you to make this happen?! I don’t understand… then do not accept big groups.

We ordered 10 pancakes, 5 beers, 4 cappuccinos, 4 appel juice, chocomel and other things (added the photo you can check). When a group of people go to a restaurant, they DO NOT make a commitment for ordering a piece of main course (in this case that would be a pancake) for everyone present. Also in our case, there are kids who are just around 2 years old. Of course I didn’t order a big pancake for my kid, he just ate some of mine… are you delusional? How can you hold this against us? On top of everything else, when we left the place at 16.20, you said you were fully booked but all the tables inside and out were empty. Literally we were the only people there. The way you informed us, got our orders, your attitude in general...

3 stars because the food was excellent and served quickly, but the service was a bit disappointing. I received a small (20cl) dirty glass water bottle with an orange/brown residue all over the bottleneck, likely rust. Despite pointing it out and kindly asking if I could get a new one, the waitress returned the same bottle twice, still dirty, and lied that she replaced it. No apology or proper resolution was offered. The staff seemed indifferent, and when I mentioned it again at checkout, they just laughed as if it was not important. To top it off, I woke up with a sore throat, likely from drinking the water. Things like this can happen, but hygiene and honesty should be basic in any restaurant. As an owner and from a service point of view I would be embarrassed and immediately apologize to the customer and bring a new bottle on the house...

We had a wonderful experience! There were so many savory and sweet varieties of pancakes as well as other items like toasted sandwiches, soup, and salad. The waiters were super friendly and the kids played the entire time outside giving the adults a very relaxed atmosphere. The kids get tokens with the kids meal to pick out a toy. Next time we will take advantage of the indoor playplace and we saw if you sit inside you can watch the cameras to ensure safety.
