Was a horrible experience with two little kids. We reserved a table in advance downstairs where the two 1,5 years old can move easily without falling off the stairs. They said everyone wants to sit there so unfortunately not possible. We asked for highchair for the kids,they rudely said is there and pointed to the corner where they are. After we got the drinks ( in a dirty glass )they didn't come to take our order, we had to find someone to do. While we were waiting we put some snacks for the kids to the table ( baby biscuits and rozijn), they told us is not allowed to eat our own food,not even for kids . one of the worst places I've been. After reserving a table for the ground floor we are sent to the first floor and the waitress, who is not happy with my request for an baby chair, points to the floor below and tells me that I can help myself. with the 16 month old baby in my arms I go down the stairs and take the baby chair myself. in the meantime the very kind waitress want takes my friend's order and I wasn't even ON THE TABLE. we were told that it was not allowed to give the food (raisins and biscuits) to the child because it was not bought there. 16 month old child. I used to like this place, but last time I was there something very weid happened. After having lunch, coffee, etc., I ordered a bottle of water for my 6-year-old daughter. She asked to put the water in her pink unicorn water bottle. A few minutes later, a waitress, who was not the one serving me, came screaming, saying how rude I was for bringing my own water to a restaurant. I calmly explained to her that I've bought the water and showed her the bottle. I explained my child liker her pink bottle. She continued screaming, saying that even so, this was unacceptable.
