I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Crijns in Noord Brabant, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. I opted for the five-course meal, and as a vegetarian, I was initially concerned about the options available. However, despite informing the restaurant of my dietary preference just 30 minutes before my reservation, they went above and beyond to accommodate me.

The dishes were not just an afterthought, but meticulously crafted with a deep understanding of flavors, textures, and presentation. Each course was a delightful journey, showcasing the chef's creativity and dedication to vegetarian cuisine. From the delicate starters to the more robust main courses, every dish was a harmonious blend of seasonal ingredients that were fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal here as guests of a Dutch supplier. Wine and food were excellent, and the staff very helpful. The venue is modern, stylish and friendly with large comfortable eating spaces and plenty of room. All of the courses were good, and I recall in particular the cheeses. Through a glass door is a small climate controlled room full of cheese, port and wine, where your personal cheese preferences are indulged by the chef. Crijns stond al een lange tijd op mijn verlanglijstje en ik zal beginnen met de conclusie het heeft mijn verwachtingen minimaal waar gemaakt. We werden uitermate vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen ook een hartelijk welkom van Marc (Crijns) . Het voelt erg goed. Er heerst een mooie goede sfeer welke de gehele avond blijft hangen. Op weg naar de tafel, na ons aperitief, liepen we langs een prachtige kaasmaker..ja u leest dit goed. Een hele ruimte vol met prachtige kazen uit Nederland. Alle gerechten waren super met een mooie opbouw. Het 1e gerecht was niet spannend maar daarna volgde mooie combinaties elkaar op. Bijzonder was de asperges met ijs maar ook weer warm.
