Thirsty And Hungry — Restaurant in Bonaire

Just wow, had one of the best experiences on the islands at this wonderful little food and drink spot that is just before the entrance of the national park! Some of the most welcoming people we’ve ever met, food, smoothies, and drinks were all out of this world and very reasonably priced.

Perfect for a taste of local flavor and a great watering hole after a long day at the park!! This place deserves far more reviews and credit because they were above and beyond wonderful. Mashi Danki and a very bitter sweet ayo, hope we can come back...

Lovely place to sit outside in the shadow with one of their cold drinks.

We stayed for about 2 hours because the hosts, Dientje and Robby, were just so nice! They answered a lot of questions for us and knew a lot about the environment.

There are tiny lizards running around as well as hummingbirds and tiny yellow birds.

Very friendly and local. 4th generation + Bonarians. Great place to stop and learn the real history of Bonaire! The food is traditional and delicious, better yet the conversation with the owners is wonderful. I don't think the pin on the map is right. It's the place with the phone booth on the side of the road on your way to Washington...
