McDonald's — Restaurant in Breda

On 23.08.2025, I arrived at a McDonald’s restaurant, which officially states that it opens at 8:00. However, at 8:20 the establishment was still closed. During this time, more than 20 people were forced to leave, and I personally wasted 20 minutes waiting in vain.

This violation misleads consumers regarding the restaurant’s operating hours and constitutes improper service. According to consumer protection laws, the company is obliged to provide accurate information about its operating hours and ensure timely service.

In this regard, I demand: To conduct an investigation into the reasons for non-compliance with the operating schedule. To provide an official explanation. To consider compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Very rude cleaning lady wich I think that works at the till aswell and it looks really safe& healthy for someone to clean the toilet and after that, with the same uniform to sell& touch food. I wanted to go to use the toilet an hour before closing time and the lady just finished cleaning the ladies toilets so she locked the door. She told me on a really rude tone that "I can use the disabled toilet if I want". The only problem is that there is a guy in the disabled toilet and he's been in there for 20 mins. At night we came back home, as such we arrived on the border here late to be quite honest. Since we came back home late, there wasn't much to see in the McDonald's, we accidentally walked over the McDrive, as it was quite unclear where the McDrive started. Still, we entered the McDonald's, we ordered food, and that's where the fun happened. One employee possibly was a bit drowsy, and didn't give us the Happy Meal correctly; as it was without a box, and without a toy, when my father went back and asked for it, he was still a bit grumpy but gave it anyway.
