Restaurant Eerbeek - Stuyv Inn — Restaurant in Brummen

The attitude of the tall skinny waitresses could be improved. We incline to put our small folding bikes between our table and the plant containers, which is in nobody’s way. The waitress told us “it is NOT OK to put bike on terrace, you need to park them somewhere else”. We would feel much better if she changed her way of saying things. How about “could you please park your bikes somewhere else?” And even better tell us where we can find a bike stand to lock our bikes as I donot see one. It is really unnecessary to sound arrogant to your customers who are bring you money.

Besides, after getting the drinks (which were fast), it took ~25mins for her to take our food order when the tables are only half occupied. While waiting we asked “can we order”, she answered again in an proud tone: “just a moment”, and disappeared for another 10 mins. When we wanted to pay, again had to wait for a long time until we decided to just walk to the counter to pay. And we were not the only people.

In summery, Unfriendly and Inefficient. Food is ok but not impressive. Maybe we wold feel food taste better if the service...

Simply excellent! The food is great, we had the Spareribs and the Schnitzel. Despite the restaurant and the outside seating being completely full, the service was remarkably quick and the staff extremely attentive. When I accidentally dropped a knife, there was a waitress at our table with a replacement before I could finish my sentence. Afgelopen vrijdag hier terecht gekomen met wat collega's maar dat werd helaas een vervelende ervaring door de blonde serveerster die onze tafel moest bedienen..... Ja moest, want zo voelde het ook echt. Het begon al met een sneer dat we anders moesten gaan zitten omdat het minder validen pad vrij moest blijven. Daar stonden gewoon plantenbakken van het restaurant zelf voor..... Maar dat werd ons niet al te vriendelijk verteld. Elke bestelling was voor ons gevoel al teveel gevraagd en zuchtend en steunend moest ze tussen de stoelen door om de drankjes op tafel te zetten... En aan het einde nog voor we goed en wel waren opgestaan weer luid zuchtend en steundend alles van tafel afhalen tussen ons door. En ook weer luid zuchtend om mijn collega heen die aan het opstaan was. We voelden ons totaal niet welkom hier. Als je als serveerster zo'n hekel hebt aan je baan en aan gasten, zoek dan alsjeblieft ander werk..... Daar komen we in ieder geval niet terug!

Het is absoluut niet de bedoeling dat klanten dit gevoel krijgen is me uitgelegd en als we weer in Eerbeek zijn dan moeten we dat maar even komen ervaren. Dit geeft mij in ieder geval een...
