We stayed on a Sunday night when visiting old friends. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful - even though we arrived when they were flat out serving in the very busy restaurant. The evening meal we had was first class. All four of us had the special meal of the day (three courses) and it was very reasonably priced as well as excellent (and substantial enough for those with larger appetites too, with lots of extras thrown in).||We paid for a deluxe room as the standards had all gone. It is extremely good value for money - and easy for breakfast which is placed in the fridge in your room for convenience. The restaurant is a very good standard and the staff are friendly...
