Extremely rude employees. Had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to fry, not a problem. Things can happen. The person that took my order was extremely rude. I asked her since i have to wait for the food to finish if they can bring the meal to the table. She very rudely had to let me know that they do not have waitress service. If she had politely said they don't do that, i would have understood. Then i filled in a survey to to get a free churro, wing, biscuit or ice cream. ( see photo) when i asked for churro, they told me that they do not have churro. No problem. I asked Can i get a biscuit? They responded with "no, you can only get a wing" i already bought an entire meal, i do not need more chicken. After speaking to a manager she told me i can come back during a week to get a wing and that they cannot honor what is written on the board inside the place.. i also can't get ice cream because the machine is broken. These things makes me not want to ever return.

I visited KFC Saliña recently, they added various saftey precautions due to COVID-19, but they still need some adjust some saftey measures for example: My atm card has contactless (NFC) activated, the cashier still forces you to use the old method wich causes you to have phyiscal contact with her.

Not every employee had face masks on, the manager was the most noticable one that did not have one compared to most of her colleagues.

Pros:

Hand Sanitizer was available upon entrance

Eating tables have stickers indicating wich table customers can use, an employee showed us wich table we should use.

The overall service was good, they treated me with a smile and delivered to me fast.

Service is very bad. And the delivery service is much worse. I have order 2. 2 piece combo for delivery when it arrived i only received 1 coca cola. And when I tried to call back no one picks up the phone so I have been scammed of my money. Pay for 2 get 1. Very very bad I am sick and tired of KFC they always messed up the orders. Especially KFC Sta maria. I am done now for sure. Never buying food...
