Subway — Restaurant in Delft

I used to come here a lot to buy sandwiches but I decide to stop as one of the ladies (I do not know the name middle aged- indian woman) who work there is very rude. I asked her to put a fresh Guacamole for my sandwich as I am paying 2 euros extra, she said I have to finish this one also and went straight to use the one which was obviously not fresh. I did not like her behavior especially she knows I am a regular customer. She could have been nicer and take my preference. In general I feel something about the atmosphere is not right, even one of the guys who was super nice has changed since working there for longer. Sorry but will not be back...

Never had issues with this store before until now. Ordered at14:00 and the delivery was due to 40min later, after the 40 minutes i checked and the delivery was rescheduled to a time i was not at home anymore. Called the store to cancel my order, but they hadn't recieved the order yet. Called the Delivery service and they told me to contact the store again. Calling the store again and now they have no memory of me calling 15minutes before and unwilling to cancel the order.
