McDonald's — Restaurant in Doetinchem

Very disappointing experience for Modelo at this McDonald’s. He paid €0.85 for mayonnaise, and they simply forgot it. €0.85 × 1 = €0.85 wasted.

Then, his 9-piece Chicken McNuggets came with only 8. That is 1/9 missing, or approximately 11% of the order not delivered. If you charge for 9 pieces and deliver only 8, you are providing 88.9% of the expected product.

This is not about small amounts of money it is about accuracy, reliability, and respect for the customer. In Germany, we expect things to be correct and in order. This McDonald’s failed completely.

I request a refund of €0.85 for the missing mayonnaise and the proportional cost of the missing nugget. Careless, sloppy, and...

There's almost nothing really good to say about the McDonald's in Doetinchem except for the fast way out. They have the opportunity to work hard and fast. What I miss is the effectivity to work for you to get you back because of their good service. And when the service is good, I also need to have guaranteed quality of the product for those price.

Yeah a fast food restaurant is not really my thing. This place was really dirty when I visited it. The personnel were blunt and rude. Not nice. It looked like they were all sleep deprived. The food was awful, my burger was cold, the fries were soggy and the milkshake had no flavour at all. At least the MCflurry was okay. Though I do not get the spoon you get with it. Why is it square on the top? The chairs were hard and not comfy. If you go to McDonalds just go for takeaway. It is not worth it...
