I have to admit, for the price we paid, I never expected such an extraordinary evening. The food was simply astonishing—each ingredient was of the highest quality, and the combinations delighted me in ways I’ve never experienced before. Every course was a revelation, perfectly harmonized and constantly surprising. My standout dish was without a doubt the leek mosaic—I could honestly have devoured twenty servings!

The atmosphere was equally enchanting, with a truly picturesque setting that felt both cozy and elegant. And the service? Absolutely flawless. As someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry for years, I’m often hard to impress, but here every little detail was handled with warmth and professionalism. The team was wonderfully friendly without being overbearing, took time to explain each dish, and made every guest feel attended to.

I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone in the area. I sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to return soon and relive the experience. Thank you to the incredible team for making our evening...

Kasteel Eyckholt has a very special place in my heart. We had our wedding ceremony (October 2022) at this place. The collaboration with the staffs was amazing. Such a kind and friendly people. The food is from out of this planet. We had a party with almost 100 guests and there were zero complaints on the food and the service. One of the reason our wedding turned out to be a successful event was because of the involvement of the staffs from Kasteel Eyckholt. In maart een etentje vastgelegd voor 19 personen ter gelegenheid van de 50ste verjaardag van mijn echtgenote in december. zeer aangenaam contact met Fleur. keuze tussen vis, vlees en vegetarisch ( op voorhand door te geven uiteraard.) Maar Fleur werd vervangen door Iris, begin december eens met haar een afspraak gemaakt dan zou er een menu voorstel zijn, maar dit was nog niet klaar, ze zou het doormailen….een week later kregen we een mail dat we het juiste aantal personen moesten doorgeven en dat dit bindend was voor de factuur maar nog geen menu. Na dan nog maar eens gevraagd te hebben stuurde ze 1 menu (geen keuze) , we hebben haar hierop attent gemaakt via telefonisch contact ( uw toon staat mij niet aan zei ze) haar de mail van Fleur laten zien…..waarna ze uiteindelijk toch ook een keuze menu voorstelde. 1 dag voor het feestje vroeg ik haar of we op voorhand wat ballonnen mochten brengen, ook dat kon helaas niet. we hebben dit toch gedaan en zijn zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door een jonge dame. Ondanks onze grote bezorgdheid was de dag zelf helemaal top, super leuke bediening, lekker eten….kortom heel gezellig. Ik had eigenlijk 1ster willen geven, maar je kan een top team en een super leuke locatie niet afrekenen op 1 rot karakter. Dus foei foei foei Iris shame on you hoe jij ons zo stiefmoederlijk...
