NumberTen — Restaurant in Echt-Susteren

It was an extremely busy night with multiple other groups. I noticed that some customers had to wait 45 minutes for their first course. That couldn't have been fun. Perhaps they should not schedule 30+ people coming in at the same time.

We ordered a steak rare and a medium-well arrived, others at our table all had their steaks rare or medium rare steaks just like they had requested.

We tried to send it back to the kitchen. Chef was too arrogant to accept that he made a mistake and insisted the server return to the table and try to convince us that it was rare. After insistence, the chef came to deliver the steak personally and snarkily said that he made it bleu this time...

If you ask 30 euros for a steak, you really should offer decent service along with it. It's a shame, because the wine sauce was absolutely superb.

Pork cutlet was absolutely awful. Dry piece of lean meat that wasn't plated properly: the breading on the bottom was completely soggy by the time I took...

Excellent quality for a descent price. The atmosphere inside is warm and welcome. Very friendly staff. The 3 course menu was a bit pricey compared to the à la cart dishes. Taste and presentation of the food was very good. Would recommend some more noise cancelling measures inside because it can get a bit noisy when it is busy and hard to understand each other at...

Leuk restaurant daar is alles mee gezegd. Op zaterdagavond halfvol maar erg rumoerig. Vriendelijk personeel maar niet geïnteresseerd in hun werk of de klant. Vragen aan ons of hoofdgerecht door kan komen en vervolgens moeten we 1 uur wachten, is niet oké. In die tijd niemand gehoord of gezien! Personeel wat een half uur gezellig staat te kletsen aan 1 tafel en verder naar niemand omkijkt….bijzonder. Prijs/kwaliteit komt niet overeen. 6 inktvisringetjes op een toefje sla voor €9,- ….. maaltijdsalade gemiddelde grootte voor €18,- , Bodempje wijn €6,75 is flink aan de prijs. Gerechten worden zeker mooi opgediend. Is balen als je dan merkt dat de sla verdrinkt in zeer veel saus, echt niet lekker. Krijg je dan ook nog eens broodje met nog eens knoflook saus extra erbij. Bij de vraag of het ons smaakt de salade teruggegeven. Daar komt geen reactie op of op geen enkel andere manier een excuus. Dan ben je dus geen klant maar een pinautomaat.
