My recent visit to Atelier Restaurant with colleagues left me with mixed feelings. While the ambiance was pleasant and the concept of creative BBQ and grill dishes was intriguing, several aspects of the experience fell short. Initially, we were excited to try a menu item advertised at a seemingly reasonable price, only to be surprised by a higher cost upon ordering. This miscommunication was disappointing and affected our overall impression.

Furthermore, there were notable delays in receiving our food, and when it finally arrived, one of the main dishes was served cold. While the waitress was friendly, the lack of acknowledgment or apology for the delays was noticeable.

Additionally, there was a hiccup with dessert, which was overlooked until we inquired about it. Despite these issues, the restaurant's potential is evident, and with improvements in communication and service, it could offer a more satisfying dining experience...

As a group of colleagues, we visited Atelier Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing on several fronts.

Firstly, we were misinformed about the price of a menu item we relied on, resulting in a higher cost than expected. Additionally, there was a significant delay in the delivery of our food, and when it finally arrived, one of the main dishes was cold and unappetizing. The lack of apologies from the staff for these mishaps only exacerbated our experience. We were even overlooked regarding dessert, which was ready but not served to us in a timely manner.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to others due to the lack of professionalism and poor service we experienced, especially considering the restaurant was not even full...

Wij hebben hier 3 gangen gegeten, was op zich niet verkeerd, personeel was erg vriendelijk en het eten was lekker. Echter een paar punten van feedback: de porties waren erg uit verhouding; steak tartaar was super veel ossenhaas (wat een vrij duur product is) terwijl de gamba's maar 4 stuks waren. Daarbij waren de boneless spareribs best weinig (veel opgevuld met groenten en little gem) terwijl de zalm een megastuk was. Ik zou zelf wat minder van die dure zalm en wat meer van de minder dure spareribs serveren. de bediening leek de boel niet helemaal lekker op orde te hebben, werden wat foutjes gemaakt (wat niet erg is) maar dit was wel redelijk veel. Onder andere hebben we vooraf geen brood ontvangen, iets wat wel was besteld. Ook stond er online dat er gebruik gemaakt kon worden van een keuzemenu, op locatie bleek dit echter niet het geval. Ook was de cocktail die we hadden waterig.

Al met al was de prijs/volume verhouding scheef bij sommige gerechten.

Nogmaals; we zijn geen zeikerds maar posten dit als constructieve feedback. Daarbij was de atmosfeer geweldig en gezellig! Tof...
