Moonlight — Restaurant in Emmen

We ordered one pizza, garlic sauce and cocacola twice. First issue - We send an order at 5:00 PM and delivery was supossed to be with food at 7:00 PM at our location - it’s two hours before delivery and in my opinion that was enough time to send a notification to customer about possible delay which was 30 minutes from time which food was supossed to be at place. We called 1st time at 7:12 PM and asked about order and we got answer „Delivery is on way, bye”. Second issue (because one is not enough) pizza was cold and when I called restaurant the guy on phone start explaining himself as he made pizza long ago so it might be cold - Pff, If I would want a cold pizza I would go to Albert Heijn and buy pizza for 3€ and unfreez it in my oven as same as their pizza from order worth above 20€. App was showing delivery on bike so me and my partner was trying to be patient because it’s taking longer for a bike to get to our location (22 minutes from restaurant) but food was delivered by a car for such a long time (we start following they way of delivery at 6:30). Missing a cocacola which is not the cheapest one per can - around 2,5€ per 330 ml. I also called to ask about cocacola and phone guy said they will delivery it (only cola ofcourse). Adding photos and screenshots. Avoid this restaurant as far as you can guys because it’s just a waste of your time, money and health with this food. UPDATE: The delivered can of cola faster...

Can't you go and tell the restaurant it's bad? Massacre .. and as for the restaurant, I intend to be there soon and eat a good kebab, so far it gives 5 * because a lot of friends recommended this restaurant to me :) see you...

Pizza was burned and cold. Really long delivery time, bad quality of pizza dough. My fries with sate did not had meat in a sauce. Overpriced restaurant, would not recommend to go there. I know much better...
