Domino's Pizza Enkhuizen — Restaurant in Enkhuizen

Do not order here unless you want to get scammed! We were staying at the EuroParcs in Enkhuizen over the weekend and ordered a couple of pizzas and some side dishes. After about 1.5 hours we called to ask what happened to our order - Dominos said, that they had a new delivery guy who made a mistake (had a few stops on his route and supposedly delivered our stuff to some other customer, at least that's what we're being told). They agreed to make another delivery without any additional cost. Another hour passed when we got a call from Dominos - according to them our order had been stolen. To be fair: we did't put down the correct address. Street name was correct, but wrong number, but we explicitly stated that it was to be delivered to the EuroParc including the bungalow number (the address we provided is only a couple of meters from the EuroParcs and some kind of football field/club). We don't really know what supposedly happened there - maybe someone actually was at that football field and took the food or the delivery guy just put it down somewhere and left. Since Dominos said that he called us (which never happened) and we didn't answer, I suppose he would just leave the food there. But how would he know that is was stolen in this case? We went to check and there was no pizza to be seen anywhere. The whole thing looks fishy... Dominos agreed to just refund us the money and be done with it - but so far there was no refund and Lieferando is not really helpful in resolving this. Dominos now denies that anything went wrong with our order and it not answering anymore...

i liked the pizza. it had a thicker crust (nice) and a good cromch to it. i got the vegan margarita which was pretty tasty. my friend got the supreme meat lover or something idk. he got it bc it said supreme but everyone said it was good. there was only one guy working because we went there pretty late but the pizza didn't take too long. idk why everyone hates dominos, i like it. so...

Wat een belachelijke ervaring bij Dominos Enkhuizen vandaag! Ik bestel een Creamy & BACON (erg belangrijk) pizza, maar krijg een creamy pizza met plakjes ham (GEEN Bacon, Ui, Champigons & Kruiden). 60% van de ingrediënten die erop horen zaten er NIET op. Normaal gaat deze pizza wel goed, dus ik dacht: kan gebeuren, iedereen maakt wel eens een fout.

Ik ging terug naar de vestiging en vroeg vriendelijk of ze de pizza opnieuw konden maken, maar dan wél compleet deze keer. Tot mijn verbazing had de jonge vrouw achter de kassa (die kauwgom aan het kauwen is als een dolle koe) het gore lef om te zeggen dat deze slappe, halfbelegde pizza “normaal” is voor Enkhuizen.

Ten eerste zit mevrouw dus gewoon recht in mijn gezicht te liegen. Ten tweede is het duidelijk dat ze gewoon te lui is om haar werk...
