Lovely cozy place, the sitting options are superb and they have plant based options for your coffee. We enjoyed a quick drink in our large group but found that the website with the menu did not include the drinks and we aren’t sure if the paper menues did include it. There’s a couple of fireplaces indoors and nice seats, tables. Also outside offers seatings and drinking bowls for dogs. Ample parking. There are also some board games and coloring books available for us restless adults.

Very hard to give an overall rating. Reasonable, but not great quality of two appetizers and two main courses, and therefore priced too high. It would have been nice if extra vegetables or a salad had been included. Corona check at the entrance, but personel did not wear a mask at any time. Very nice ambiance with a burning firepit outside, and a fireplace inside. Did not feel unsafe Corona-wise as there was plenty of space and it was not very busy between 5 and 6 pm on a Saturday.

Wat een teleurstelling. Gereserveerd voor een high tea. Gevraagd naar een rustig plekje ivm slechthorend persoon. We kregen een plekje onder een box in een bijna afgesloten ruimte waar meerdere tafels bij elkaar staan voor minimaal 4 personen. Op de site staat: Bij Floor bestaat een high tea uit smakelijke zelfgemaakte taarten, zoals appeltaart, cheesecake en vruchtencake, gecombineerd met diverse soorten chocolade en koekjes. Daarnaast serveren we een heerlijke hangop, runderlende en huisgerookte zalm bij iedere high tea. Natuurlijk is ook de thee inbegrepen bij het geheel en kan er onbeperkt worden bijgeschonken. De taarten waren heerlijk. Echter geen koekjes en chocolade. Geen zalm, geen hangop. Later op de site terug gelezen. Aan tafel zit ik liever zo min mogelijk met de telefoon om te controleren of het klopt. De vegetarische variant had ipv 2 soorten vleeswaren 1 klein ander stukje kaas. De thee bestond uit zakjes thee terwijl als je thee besteld mooie verse thee krijgt. Op verzoek deze ook mogen gebruiken. De bediening kwam 2x om de gerechten te brengen. Verder geen interactie. We waren zo perplex dat we terplekke niet veel uit konden brengen. De feestelijke aanleiding voor deze high tea was dat het een fijne middag was. De bediening en inhoud van de high tea was ronduit teleurstellend. En ook nog flink aan de prijs bijna €70 voor 3 personen. Dan heb je er nog niet eens alcohol bij gehad.

Floor Brasserie is a good example how to not run a restaurant. It is really perfectly located in the woods and looks great from both - inside and outside. Besides this the food is very tasty (with small exemptions). But..yeah, there is one big "but" which brought me to give this place only 2 stars. This big "but" is management or better to say no management at all. We were there once on Saturday eve. I've been seated in a way that I had a good possibility to observe how the staff is working. It was one big chaos, IMHO, caused by the fact that there was no manager who would split the tasks between them. The staff was running like a hen without a head. That resulted in forgetting the orders, not asking for the drinks, bringing something else than ordered. Furthermore, 3 different waitresses at a time were taking care of us. This is showing even more organizational problems. If above can be solved (or maybe it is solved in the meantime), this restaurant can be easily...

Almost everything that could go wrong, did go wrong at our table. They complained about the camera and pictures we were taking. Understandable but we only took pictures of ourselves. It took long before we got to order. One meal missed ingredients because they did not have it and we were not informed about that. Then when we almost finished our dishes, two people still hadn't been served, being forced to watch us eat. The food was nice for the most part. But W when we ordered deserts they even forgot two orders! It was getting cold and we requested to move inside, it again took ages for them to show us the new table. All and all we were not pleased with Floor's service. We were the 'screwed' table of...
