Domino's Pizza Rijen — Restaurant in Gilze en Rijen

I don't recommend this place and service!

I ordered two pizza 29 cm(Italian) and I receivedmixed order: two medium ones with the boxes of "medium pizza". After I called - Woman said that they are sorry and they can fix it - she supposed to put the note with the next order like a recompensation - no one had that note and they cannot do anything about that.

Bestel hier alleen als je te laat bezorgde pizza's wilt die niet gaar zijn!

Bezorgde pizza's 70 minuten te laat. Ik had gebeld, maar kreeg als antwoord dat er nog 10 andere bestellingen te laat waren dus dat we maar moesten wachten. Er stond niks tegenover. Het was zaterdagavond en dat zou normaal zijn. De bezorger was al 30 minuten onderweg en ze wisten eigenlijk ook niet waar hij was. We hadden onze bestelling al om 1700 uur gedaan voor 1830. Om 1940 kregen we pizza's die niet eens gaar waren! De bezorger zei ook dat hij er een paar minuten op fietste, hoe dan ook liegt er dus een medewerker.

Prutsers die niet aan klantgerichtheid doen. Je voelt je totaal niet gehoord en dit is kennelijk meer regel dan...
