Majoortje aan de Haven — Restaurant in Goeree-Overflakkee

What a positive surprise! From the outside it looked at first a bit dark. But then, once entered it was an overall positive experience, although their menu only offered a selection of food. We were with 5 people. The waiters were super friendly and delivered drinks and food at the same time for all of us. We had different food: hamburger, kip saté and Pannekoeken. All were really tasty and hot when served. Fries on spot, crispy and not oily. The hamburger was totally homemade like all other food was too. You could taste it! The place is recently renovated (stylish) and has changed the owner, so under the new management now. We had excellent food (ribs), drinks and a good service - it made our day there very nice! 👍 A cute children's corner with some drawing materials is also provided...

Lunch is hier top, broodjes zijn heerlijk en goede porties. Laatst ook hier geweest met de pubquiz, ze hadden het hier goed in de vingers! Voldoende voorzien van drinken en snacks.

Ook het diner een keer geprobeerd, deze kaart is wat kleiner, maar niet zeker niet minder. Helaas roken we toen wel echt heel erg naar eten/frituurlucht. Ik denk wel dat dit een foutje is geweest met de afzuiging, want daarna is het nooit meer voorgekomen! Ook denken ze goed met je mee als je bijv. wat minder lang de tijd hebt om te lunchen door bijv. na een telefoontje even de menukaart te appen.

Vooral echt de complimenten met de pubquiz night, ze liepen echt het vuur uit hun sloffen en dit was top...
