Great place to visit with kids until age 8-9. Very helpful staff, great playground indoor and outdoor. ( they charge you 8,95 eur per kid. not clear when you make a reservation ) Food was good. Gluten free and vegan options are available. The staff is not! Knowledgeable with regards to food allergies and how best to accommodate this. It would be great if they train the staff better with that knowledge and handling protocol. It was wonderful to visit the big indoor and outdoor playground. But it was also a lil bit disappointed the way they treat the guest with their own system. We arrived early as 10.30 we booked the table inside. We couldn't choose where we want to sit, they chose for us or the table already chosen by them. There was plenty of empty table, inside, upstairs and outside but she let us to sit the table in the dark area and being alone there. I felt like she/they're racist. I asked if we could sit near the window over the terrace but we're not allowed since the chosen table for us is already in their system.is it...

Today was one big dissapointment in compare with previous visit! Bad communication. Requested for a table inside per mail. Never received an answer. And ended to have a table out side in the wind. Waitresses were rude and not customer service orientated Long waiting time to have our orders taken. This was inside for diner, but also when we were sitting outside in the afternoon Long waiting time to get our food and drinks Food quality was not as it was before.
