Chef's! Food & Drinks Groningen — Restaurant in Groningen

First we had to wait for close to 40 mins for our stater, we had a soup, this was okay, nothing special. Our waiter dropped the lid in our soup while serving. For our main course, I ordered a glass of red wine, this came quite warm, same temperature as the room, well above 18c. I had roasted lam, nothing special in tast, not very well put together, meaning bad connection between the different items in the food. My wife had a pasta with pesto, it only tasted of pesto. I visited the Chef’s! Food & Drinks Groningen during the dinner time and the great welcoming that I received from the staff was fantastic. By the way you have to reserve a table before coming, the waiter guides us to our table and told us about the Chef’s specials. I have ordered Truffles Pasta and Harira soup and beetroot Salad. It was perfect the service were good also and the place is quite you can had dinner without any noise you can enjoy your meal.

The check-in desk and restaurant are up on the 3rd floor (just look for the directions on the lift doors, on the ground floor as you come into the left-hand building). A lovely warm and friendly welcome and absolutely no problem with a quick bite to eat, after a long day of travelling. The salad was delicious and the surroundings were comfortable...
