Infini is in a beautiful place tucked away a little village with rolling hills countryside with horses and cows in the surrounding area. The restaurant itself is beautiful old antique furnishings but with a modern twist. There were a couple of items that stood out a delicious made from scratch marshmallow and a delicious cucumber and mint spritzer. It was especially refreshing and each course sat nicely on the plate. There is seating also outdoors overlooking a beautifully designed koi water garden. If you like tiny bites presented nicely with time to converse in between then this is a nice destination for you. The only issue we had was our server spoke in too soft of a voice and was a bit fast with her speech telling what each course was. If I could suggest one thing it would be to have a small nicely printed card with each course or a menu card with a description of what each course contains. Our server was very friendly. Infini is a classic culinary restaurant. The taste of the dishes is good. The dessert was the only dish we didn’t really like. The alcohol-free cocktail was good. They take the Corona rules for restaurants serious. What we didn’t like is the atmosphere. It’s stiff and outdated. The service is friendly but not fun. Na ruim 12 jaar was het de hoogste tijd voor een hernieuwde kennismaking met Restaurant Infini . Een scherp geprijsde aanbieding ter ere van het 15 jarig jubileum trok ons over de streep. De ligging is prima, aan de rand van het dorp met een grote eigen parkeerplaats aan de Selzerbeek, Route des vins en de Amstel Gold race. Het pand lijkt op een moderne bungalow maar heeft toch een lange geschiedenis. Binnen is het relatief klein maar sfeervol ingericht en zijn de authentieke elementen zichtbaar. Het terras is geheel vernieuwd en biedt uitzicht over het glooiende natuurlandschap en mooie vijver. De gerechten en amuses waren duidelijk nog iets klassieker dan bij ons vorige bezoek. Volle smaken met prima bereidingen en sommige zelfs uitgevoerd in twee delen. Geen echte uitschieters maar alles op hoog niveau. De begeleidende wijnen sloten naadloos aan, partner was zeer enthousiast over het non-alcoholisch arrangement waarvan de cocktails in originele glazen werden gepresenteerd.
