Bief & Burgers — Restaurant in Haarlemmermeer

I have to start my review saying that I'm not particularly a burger fan. I usually eat them 3 times a in a year at a proper burger place. I'm also usually not super impressed... But I have to confess that the burger I had yesterday at Bief & Burger was amazing!!! I had the Classic Burger and it was cooked to perfection. It was juicy but it had a subtle smoked grill taste at the end. I didn't like the sweet taste of the onions (that is usually my case) so I put them aside and could enjoy my prefect burger! I also had a glass of Sangria, which was a very generous serve and it tasted great!!

The staff is very efficient and friendly; the food and drinks came fast and with a smile.

I noticed they have these amazing looking desserts but I didn't order any this time. I realised that if I had space for dessert in my stomach, I would have ordered a second burger instead. Haha

I recommend this place and I'm definitely coming back to try the other burgers on the menu.

We came on a Saturday evening without a reservation, and they seated all six of us to eat within an hour. We’re very grateful to the staff for that, but I wouldn’t recommend doing this—better to book a table in advance.

Everyone had burgers. The tuna burger was tasty (nice combination with fried onions), but I wasn’t a big fan of the standard bun. Next time, I’ll try a different bun option—they have several. For the kids’ menu burger, it would have been better if the patty was a bit more cooked, but the food was definitely delicious—my daughter ate everything very quickly.

Service was fast: we really did manage to eat and even have coffee within an hour. This is especially important when you come with kids—they don’t like waiting. The interior is beautiful, and there are plenty of parking spaces near...

It began with a spilt cocktail. The cocktails were good however the spill was never cleaned, even after asking twice. Food- burger, steak and ribs- came out quickly however everything was cold on arrival - not sure how this makes any sense but all food was luke-warm at best. Burger flavour was good. Ribs also were tasty but cold and hard rather than falling off the bone. Rib Eye steak was thin - it was cooked as requested however was full of sinew, while the accompanying mushroom sauce was much too thick and gluggy. The fries were cold and stale.
