Family Schiphol Zuidoost — Restaurant in Haarlemmermeer

I like Family, there are few things I can complain about, for one they need to make their menu less complicated, I don't hold your menu on my head right? Every time I go there I order something that looks like a lunch, turns out to be a sandwich, perhaps a picture next to the menu items? I don't study menu's to be honest choosing food is my biggest hurdle in restaurants and restaurants who make this easy for me always gets 5 stars. Also serving half liter Coca-Cola for takeout and not serving for eat-in is a show of poor customer orientated service, if I want a half liter cola next to my hamburger I want to have it, I don't want 33cl twice as I also pay double. I mean these little things are seemingly little but that's like a fly on a food. Little disgusting details. Don't do it, be better, you can do better. Cheers to all those hard...

Wat een aanfluiting. Bestel je voor meer dan 100 euro (want het is echt niet goedkoop daar) een dag van te voren, om het op een specifieke tijd op te halen. Moet je vervolgens alsnog 3 kwartier wachten totdat het klaar is. Eten was ok, niet echt super speciaal ofzo. Jammer dat de grootste burger die ze hebben, het broodje voor de helft bedekt (wel dik vlees). Satesaus was super lekker!

Update: Eigenaar heeft netjes contact opgenomen om duidelijkheid te krijgen waar het mis ging, beetje uitleg te geven en er zo voor te zorgen dat er in de toekomst zoveel mogelijk tevreden...
