Food quality has considerably gone down since there is a new owner.

We had picked up 3 times our lunches for work.

The chicken sate was good, although the sate tastes like supermarket Wyko sauce.

But the hot chicken, first of all is not hot even in the slightest unless you are a 3 year old toddler, and so greasy that the bread is soggy en drenched in it, i tried this sandwich twice but it's bad both times so no more.

Now the brie and ham sandwich, how can you make that so it tastes awfully, wel put some pickled unions in there, the taste doesn't fit this sandwich at all and they come out so wet that again the sandwich was drenched and soggy.

No this place has not been what it used to be, and my collegues agree unanimously that it's no longer anywhere near good enough since the takeover. Get a new chef in...

During my time in the Netherlands in August I visited this restaurant. Place is nice, cosy, old-school a bit. I saw that a lot of people from the neighbourhood come here, and not the tourists, so this is a good sign for a great restaurant. Staff was friendly, the menu was in dutch but they helped me with the translation. ;) I tried a burger, which was delicious, and the presentation was really good, not too fancy. Prima plek om even wat te eten. Vooral bereikbaar voor boten en andere vaartuigen onder de rook van Schiphol. Locatie is aan het water en een (rustige) weg. Met grote parasols of lekker in het zonnetje. Het restaurant is aan de overkant van de weg maar dat is geen probleem voor bediening of WC. Wel even opletten.

Het eten is goed en voldoende keuze inc vega gerechten. Zowel hamburger (classic) als de saté zijn wel de hits van de keuzes. Gewoon goed, de saté vond ik ook goed met veel satésaus met veel stukjes noot. De gerechten komen met een extra bordje met o.a. mini mandje friet, groente (klein schaaltje) en mayonaise. De mayo is niet standaard mayo maar iets er door heen. Volgens mij geen truffel mayo maar met iets van mosterd er door. Niet naar gevraagd maar wel erg lekker en romig. De bediening is vriendelijk en attent.

Tops: -ga zo door, -mooie locatie met af en toe een auto of laag overvliegend vliegtuig de saté, de bietenburger en de classic hamburger side dishes zijn prima de patat is goed/vers/krokant (niet veel, precies goed) wijn keuze is prima

Tips: iets meer bier-keuze. Tap is goed maar 0.0 of 2.0 is standaard Radler. Er is meer op de markt! Naast de standaardvraag "brood vooraf" zou ik iets hartigs toevoegen naast de keuze 'brood' zoals plankje met olijven, plakjes worst en blokjes kaas (kortom; hartig) want als je van een boot afkomt heb je al een stokbrood, fles wit en diverse brie achter de kiezen.

Keuken tip: eerst een klein beetje satésaus op het bord, dan de spies en dan weer overladen met jullie goede satésaus misschien iets van een cover over de borden bij bediening die meteen weer terug mag. De afstand keuken - - terras is net even te...
