Da Simona — Restaurant in Heeze-Leende

Even though they exist since 2011 I've never heard of them. But luck I stumbled upon their Facebook page and decided to take the trip.

I must say the place is absolutely beautiful! When you walk inside everything is decorated in a vintage cosy home living room style. With different pieces of vintage furniture.

There is a kitchen with doubles as an ice cream parlor, which feels like you just entered an Italian grandma her kitchen.

There a nicely decorated bar where you can have al sorts of (Italian) drinks.

And in the back there is a huge garden with trees where you can drink, eat and relax. It's like you are on vacation.

Then the food, oh my the pizza. If you are Italian and living in the Netherlands, this is where you go to eat real Italian pizza. Made by Italians, no strange toppings and real original ingredients.

The bakery sells all sorts of traditional Italian sweets, and of course they have the real traditional ice cream.

Service is really friendly, they really care about you and that you are enjoying the food. The Italians speak Dutch and the Dutch speak Italian which was funny. And of course English.
