Food from this restaurant is some kind of joke. I ordered ramen with shrimp balls and jasmine bubble tea with tapioca. Ramen was way too salty i guess too much soy sauce or it was only soy sauce, shrimp balls were not edible, the only thing which was good was ramen noodles. Bubble tea which i got was the worst bubble tea in my life, it wasnt sweet at all, flavour of tea was so weak as if someone used one tea bag for thre teas before and tapioca was overcooked. I spent 22€ on nothing. Im very disappointed.

Zojuist (eigenlijk buiten openingstijd) nog twee lekkere sushirollen mogen ophalen. Heerlijk en top service. Een oordeel over bezorgtijden kan ik niet geven, ik kan het kruipend af. Als ex-horecamedewerker kan ik wel bevestigen dat Nederlanders over het algemeen lastige eters zijn. Om 17:00 uur is te vroeg en om 17:30 uur moet het binnen 1 minuut op tafel staan. Ik zou dan ook de klagers aanraden om A) eerder te bestellen i.p.v. zo snel mogelijk of B) eens af te halen in plaats van bezorgen. Scheelt het bedrijf en de bezorger haasten, zodat ze meer tijd over hebben om op de gerechten te focussen. Win-win, toch? Voor mij is IZU de 5* meer dan waard! Tot snel!
