The service of this location is far beyond 'worst ever'. Today, Oct 8th, 2023 I spent from 3:40pm till 4:25pm in the drive thru to finally get my order... with a baby on-board. This is yet another horrible experience in the list of experiences that I have with this location. Time and again I try to give this location a try to see if things improved, just to be let down by its staff and (especially) the management of this location. Today it was the delay; and if it's not that, it's wrong orders or incomplete orders.
My advice? There are so many more options to pick from at this location; go somewhere else even if customer service replies to this entry by telling how 'saddened they feel'. It's time for some serious change.

Stopped off to order my 6 hot wings and the guy was very rushy taking my order even though no one else was waiting. He sounded bored and like I had disturbed his time. Got my hot wings super fast.... My man ordered a crispy chicken, which in the middle of the afternoon is usually a bit suspect when it so fast. That crispy chicken was so sad looking, it looked like a tender strip broken in half and thrown from a distance at a bun for fun, it was also stone cold. The cheese in the bun was half a slice and the whole thing squashed like someone had patted it down with a foot.
