⚠️⚠️⚠️ Attention to the “Jacuzzi-Rooms” DIRTY!! Very disappointing experience – not worth the price!

We booked a room with a jacuzzi for two nights and paid €232 for it, only to find that the jacuzzi water was dirty, the dirty water is coming out from inside the system. It was completely UNUSABLE !!!!!! there’s no way I would sit in that water! * See attached photos to understand what i mean! 🤢

We specifically chose this room because of the jacuzzi, and had we known in advance how dirty and unusable it would be, we would have simply booked a standard room, which costs only €160 for two nights. We ended up paying €232 for something we couldn’t even use — so at the very least, we should have paid less, or been properly compensated.

Instead, the owner offered us a free breakfast (€15 per person) as compensation for 1 time , which felt completely unfair given the situation — and we did NOT accept it. A refund or meaningful alternative was NOT offered.

Additionally, the room was very COLD 🥶🥶🥶, even with the central heating turned up to 5.

The insulation 🔊🔊 was terrible — I woke up twice during the night because I could clearly hear people talking outside. The door didn’t close properly either, and I could see light from the corridor in my room while trying to sleep.

To make things worse, the location is not ideal at all. It took us 40 minutes by car to get to Amsterdam, and for the price we paid, we could have easily booked a better standard and clear room much closer to the city.❌❌

I realize I had never weitten a review for this place. Last year my mom was visiting and I took her to visit Noord-Holland, I booked a room for her, me and my dog for one night. The room was not clean, there were a lot of damage on the walls or the paint, it really didn’t look good, the room really needed a renovation. It was extremely noisy because there was a room downstairs with some poker game or something, with people, shouting, on the phone, slamming the door again and again until very late, there was no extra blanket or pillow and nothing to put our stuff, just one single chair. Also, when we arrived, we didn’t know where to park because there was no indication so we looked for a while until I parked in a street and went to ask, to be told there is no car park...

On the night of 12-27-2023, I spent a nightmare night. We had to be in the area for a wedding. Upon arrival we were received ok, after 30 minutes spent in the room I noticed that the radiator does not heat up 🥶🥶 so the cold air from outside enters through the window frame🥵. I called the reception and reported the above, to which they said they would come and solve the problem. At 04:00 am when we came back the temperature was 16* 🥶🥶🤬 I called the reception and they spoke very badly and said that at this time there is nothing they can do!!!! 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 We had to sleep in miserable and unbearably cold conditions....😰🥵🥶🥶 ….. I do not recommend this hotel...
