Muller&Co Berkel en Rodenrijs — Restaurant in Lansingerland

Mmmm...Today (11/07) I was there with my husband. We sit outside on the most right front side, if you standing head of head with ingang. The sfeer, No doubt! 5* The service? I feel appreciated as customer how the lady whose taking order for our table was so friendly, professional, she smiled when I smiled and she was showing empathy when I said I have problem with the food. I order steak for gentleman - Medium. When it came, only the board warm but the steak not. So the lady come again and help to take the steak back inside with a guilty feeling face but actually it was not her fault. While waiting, my husband and I were thinking, what kind of wise solution they gonna take ?. My food came back, the board and the food was warm but I don't get the bestek so I need to wait some minutes and later on 1 kind lady bring the knife and fork. I look on my steak....the sign of a medium steak was gone..all same colour. It still soft but it was disappointing. The 1st lady came to ask whether we enjoyed our food ? I cannot lie, it was not lekker anymore. Her manners towards customer are 🏅. She take my food, then came a man asking what happen, I explained, he was polite, professional, focus on solution and solves my problem fast, without making a scene as well as I am. That's why I give 5 star for their service. I hope I have better experience next time. There is a free parkeer place nearby but you need the parkeer blue thingy that allowed you to parked for only 2 hours.

The restroom was not smelly but the cleanliness in the wc can be better.

Menu variation was simple and clear. Make it easy to choose.

Owh the bread in the beginning of the course was lekker, I hope I get to know what butter they use because my husband don't like butter in his bread but this time use it (many times)....

Super nice atmosphere, gezellig! Food however was mostly not so good. Tartar appetizer was really not so good, meat wasn’t fresh enough, grinded too thin / mushy and the seasoning not good. The gyoza dumplings were nice. The hamburgers were so so. Bit too red and taste mediocre. The Sepia risotto was also not so good, the octopus was just extremely chewy. Could hardly get through. The risotto itself was a bit strange, not so good. The “frites” were excellent. Really nice. The ice cream dessert was also lovely. Service was really good! Friendly, attentive and frequent check ups. All in all a lovely evening, a great place, we will come again but…. The food really...

We got bit late is getting to berkel for dinner and our fav resturant, naked fish has closed their kitchen. We walked further to try Muller & Co. This resturant was bigger than nacked fish and has outdoor bearings as well. Interiors were really amazing.

Lets get to food, coffees (cappuccinos) were disappointing as no hearth or other shape was made on the top of cup plus the top layer of froth was really thick, different than what we are used to in this sort of restaurants. That coffe costed one star to muller&Co. But the fries and...
