Geen fijne ervaring met de medewerker die mijn bestelling heeft opgenomen. Ik moest iets voor een ander bestellen en had nog wat vragen. Maar continu zuchten als ik het even niet wist of moest navragen. Duidelijke irritatie en creëerde en vervelende sfeer. Toen ze er naar vroeg en ik aangaf wat ik vervelend vond ging ze de vinger terug wijzen dat ik hetzelfde deed. Tja de irritatie van slechte klantenservice kan ik inderdaad niet verbergen. Ik kreeg het verzoek of ik een aardige review wil schrijven voor de dames van de Brood- & Banketbakkerij Prins.

Dames, het enige wat aardig is het assortiment. Het is dan ook zeer treurig dat verkoopsters van de Brood- & Banketbakkerij Prins een ontwikkelingsachterstand hebben.

P.S doe daar wat aan. Het is geen prettige sfeer als je daar komt voor je lunch. Dat geroddel van jullie over de klanten is door heel Lelystad te bemerken.
