High tea as it should be, for a decent price (€22,50 per person!)!

Not your standard High tea, but so much more! Very polite and friendly crew who make everything themselves from scratch (mostly the owner, Marie), and you taste it. Yes, sometimes there is a bit of a waiting time for the next course of the high tea, but soo worth the wait!!! Total time we spend there was 2,5h which included unlimited tea, coffee and orange juice, and 5 (non-traditional) High tea courses. These dishes can differ from day to day and season to season, so this is what we got;

A cucumber mousse with a mini-quiche filled with leeks and bacon. 3 different sandwiches, one filled with brie cheese, walnuts, strawberries and salad, one with smoked salmon, honey-dill sauce and greens and one with cured ham, mozzarella cheese, pesto and tomatoes. Fresh asparagus soup. Fresh homemade ravioli with filled with cured ham and asparagus, with a fresh scallop and a carrot mousse. Veal escalope with red wine sauce and fresh vegetables. Desertplate with fresh fruit, multiple different pastries and chocolate cookie ice cream and tarragon/yoghurt ice cream.

The food was very nice! Stake is tender and juicy with fresh local vegetable! We enjoyed it very much! The staff is very nice, friendly and warm! As tourists, our family felt really good at this...
