Restaurant Dukdalf is a beautiful spot — elegant, well kept, and clearly run with care. The interior has a refined, welcoming atmosphere, and the setting by the water gives the whole place a special charm. There’s something about watching the light play on the surface outside that makes it feel instantly more relaxed and sophisticated — the sort of view that makes you want to linger over lunch. I had the chance to meet the owner and discuss opportunities, and while it turned out not to be the right fit for me, I appreciated the time and attention given. He’s very focused on his business, as any serious owner should be, and the standards here reflect that. My impression was of a place where quality is taken seriously, even if the tone of our meeting felt a touch formal from my side of the table. We enjoyed a superb meal at this restaurant. There is a great view over the marina and the restaurant feels modern and fresh. The menu offers some very interesting choices and all the dishes we ate were superb in their taste and presentation. The suggested wines to accompany the meals were well chosen and good quality. Een eetgelegenheid waar veel rumoer en goed toeven is. Aan de buitenkant ziet het er goed uit met een verhoogd terras met uitzicht op de haven. Met een klein briesje en een mooi zonnetje is het goed toeven op het terras Er is keuze om bij het open als op een half open terras te zitten. Beiden zien er goed en verzorgd uit. Tafels en zitjes zien er schoon en verzorgd uit. Met vriendelijk personeel en snelle bediening bekijken we de lunchkaart. We merken dat er net te weinig personeel rondloopt maar dat mag de pret niet drukken, ze doen allemaal hun uiterste best om de klanten het naar hun zin te maken. Nieuw personeel wat uiterst goed de best doet, chapeau en ga zo door. Geduld is een schone zaak zeg ik maar. Lunchkaart ziet er goed uit en voldoet aan de verwachting. Klein minpuntje: Flatbread was niet krokant en moeilijk om op te kauwen. Voor de rest smaakt alles goed en ziet het er verrukkelijk uit.
