KFC — Restaurant in Maashorst

I have ordered food here 7 times in the past year.

All 7 times, the orders were screwed up! And not just a little, but to give you an example: Last time we ordered five wrap menus. All of the wraps were missing. Today maybe 20% of the order was correct; more than half of it missing and we got some stuff that we didn't order.

The staff often doesn't speak Dutch and will ask you if you can speak English, however, they often don't understand English either.. Besides that, the atmosphere of this restaurant is.. bad. It's hard to feel welcome there. The staff is rude, and the environment just doesn't feel safe.

Food takes insanely long to be made, and is always stone cold. It also tastes like it's heen sitting on a counter for far too long.

If you try to call them because they messed up your order, again, nobody will pick up. Ever. I always have to drive back.. only to get a lackluster response from staff. They'll then re-make some of the food that's missing because they aren't willing to compromise.. and then when you get back to where you wanted to eat your food, it'll turn out that half is missing again.. This repeats itself for around three times until your order is finally complete-ish, or until...

I bought a chicken menu + 1 piece of chicken, take away on 21/10/24. The store presente well on the outside, big parking area. Problem is inside. Not enough clean, staff not wearing gloves while processing food in general. I stand all the time waiting till the order was ready and I saw I they operate. Too young and not willing to get order done in a proper way. I could confirm when I went home and found the chicken that was still between raw and precooked. Also I was given the spicy piece of chicken, while I have ordered normal ones. Even the normal piece of chicken had similar anomalias. Basically, I have to throw in the bin and eat only the fries. Service: Bad, it takes long until you get help at the cash desk. The electronic desk doesn't work or is very slow to respond. Drive through: bad. they show the menu, but you can not order everything, so you have to go inside. Atmosphere: it's bad, you it's one big echo inside, so you can't have normal conversations.

Cardboard cup holder not meant to hold in 1 hand, had 2 reusable cups full with soda. After walking from my car to the door, the holder collapsed. Luckily, I could hold one cup. Otherwise, I didn't have a drink from...
