Nice little Cafe in a beautiful little town! Came here for dinner during the candle night! The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere within the Cafe was really nice, it showed some of the history of the town it's located in. The food was really good although I do have 1 complaint about the Carpaccio: Don't add bacon bits as a substitute to pine nuts, it makes the flavour too salty and takes it away from what it's all about, the beef carpaccio. Do have to say the chicken Sate was really good and honestly a huge portion! Good value for money!

It wasn't bad, but the smoked salmon salad I had for example mainly consisted of rucola and had big chunks of salmon, pickles and little to no dressing. It was...different, if you will, but not my taste. I've heard that the home made soup was good though.

I booked for a group of 20 tandem cyclists, a few days before. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and a big table had been prepared for us inside. They coped with 2, last minute, vegetarians very well. We had a 12-hour-je 3-course set meal: soup, bread with ham and eggs followed by croquette on bread; for 13.50 euros each. Unlike some other places, they coped with individual payments efficiently. It is a great location and an atmospheric "brown cafe"....
