Lent Plaza — Restaurant in Nijmegen

This was my second time, as the first was great. But this time, not so super unfortunatly. I mentioned to the waiter that in the 2.5hours we would like to smoke a cigarette during courses. Upon return from our second cigarette they had removed our tablet, informing our time ran out (whereas we had another 30minutes), and they cleared my plus one’s half Fanta. Furthermore, one is not allowed to order municipality beer…but have to order a water for €2,50. Won’t see me...

I was living for 2years in Netherlands and I always wanted to go to eat in the Lent Plaza but somehow never had the chance for it. Yesterday my dear family visited the restaurant my partner and our 6months old son. We had fun and enjoyed the food, unfortunately we had to head back home because our baby got tired we had many dishes ordered unfinished but they was very understanding towards us didn’t made a deal out of it. Ate here on a Sunday evening. Pretty quiet at the restaurant. We chose the all-you-can-eat buffet. It was ok, but not very special and not very diverse. The price was too high for the quality of the food as well. You'd be better off just getting the take out. The restaurant looks nice but has some awkward decorations. The staff was friendly. Overall I would say: great for take out, not so much...
