We just visited for diner after good experiences during summer. We chose the sate and schnitzel dish from the menu. The meat for the sate dish was perfect. The schnitzel was top, backed not deep fried. Portions were well sized and food was served quickly. Staff was friendly, took care of allergy specific preferences and were aware of the contents of the menu. If you are into beer, they’ve got some great beers available. In all a cozy restaurant serving tasteful food.

Nachtje Groningen hier gelogeerd By Boon. Kamers; prachtig en schoon , goed bed, airco , groot dakraam die ook lekker open kan en een goede regendouche ..misschien nog even een haakje ophangen waar je de tas aan kwijt kan. Ontbijt; lekker en voldoende en goed dat ze je een kaart in laten vullen wat je wilt hebben in de ochtend op de kamer in kratjes , zo voorkom je voedsel verspilling. Echter een cappuccinootje in de ochtend moet gewoon bij de ontbijtprijs in begrepen zijn en hoef je niet extra voor te betalen vind ik. Ligging ten op zichtte van Groningen centrum; prima 15 min met de auto, maar wij gingen in de avond met de bus.. 9 min lopen naar de halte , 37 min met de bus en terug hetzelfde. Er is echter 1 nadeel en dat is als het mooi weer is het terras vol zit. By Boon is open tot 00:00 , gister nog warm tot laat in de avond dus mensen bleven hangen tot 01:00 en met drank in de man is het nogal luidruchtig vooral aan de voorzijde. Als je graag vroeg wilt slapen is dit niet te doen! En nu waren wij zelf rond 23:30 gaan slapen, maar telkens werd ik er wakker van. Anders 5 sterren… ⭐️

We booked a srprs.me trip which led us to Bij Boon for 2 nights znd we must say it was a delight!|Very, clean, warm room, nicely decorated. Bathroom products by Rituals 🤗 to enjoy a good, hot shower!|Breakfast was served in a little crate but plenty to be full untill noon! |Diner can be had at Bij Boon or Peizer Hopbel, equally worth recommandations.|Welcome and general interactions was very friendly!|We would surely recommend staying there when visiting the province of Drenthe.|On top of this the surrounding area in Peize is wonderful for...

We visited the restaurant tonight and we had a very nice evening there. The food is excellent. The choice of drinks is good. But the greatest is the service of the whole team! All of them are so nice and friendly. That was an outstanding experience starting from the warm welcome to an overall excellent and friendly service. They all made our day today. And at the end we learned some more dutch vocabulary ;-) ….from now on we will order „toetjes“ instead of „dessert“. Many thanks for this...
