Terrible experience because of disrespectful staff and noisy guests. Me and my friend sat next to a large group of youngsters who were drinking excessively talking out loud& making terrible noise.Managment did not intervene at all and let it happen meaning you cannot enjoy your meal in peace.But the worst is the behaviour of an older Chinese lady who works there.It was around 9pm the restaurant was empty and me and my friend just wanted to finish our Mint Tea.Older Chinese lady kept harassing us that our 2 hours were passed and that we had to pay an extra 3 Eur pp if we liked to stay and finish our tea??? !!! An utter joke and a disgrace in my opinion. In addition she was disrespectful, vindictive and imposed herself on us in an aggressive way. Group of youngsters were not reprimanded but we were not even given the chance to finish our Tea? Terrible experience as far as Im concerned and that ruined the entire evening.Sea food was tasty, sushi choice bare minimum, cheap tasteless deserts but Teppan Yaki was up to mark.Service on the other hand was a disaster and the face of that older Chinese lady still gives me creeps a day later.Respect your guests at all times even after the 2 hours are elapsed and don’t expect guests to pay additional fees for just wanting to finish their drinks. Im a solo traveler who goes to buffets regularly. Paid €38.50 once I entered through the elevator. Was amazed by the selection and how I can instantly grab the food instead of having to order through tablet and wait. There's sushi, pre-cut lobster tail, escargot, oysters and muscles. They got 2 types of pizza, lasagna and pasta. There's a teppanyaki and a wok that I missed out on and regret not going to it first. They have your classic Chinese food and fried foods too. 6 different ice cream. 3 types of macaroons and more deserts. A chocolate fondue fountain that you can dip fruit or use their other syrups. You have 2hrs for the all you can eat buffet. Please someone take me back! Oh yeah did I mention the drinks are included. There's pop, chocolate milk, beer, wine or fresh orange juice. This restaurant is now my benchmark for €38.50. Would love come here again if I didn't have to leave the Netherlands on...

This is the worst buffet place I have ever been to! The selection of hot foods were all submerged/drowning in too much sauce and extremely lacking in variety. It did not even look appetizing.

The sushi bar was also beyond lacking and was never replenished during my entire meal.

The deserts do not taste good.

They charged €2.30 for a tiny bottle of water. I had not finished mine and the wait staff chased after me and told me I had to stay by the door, finish my water and return the bottle before I leave.

That made me question what water are they really giving me?! Do they refill it to serve to another customer? What do they refill it with and sell it's a spa brand water?

Don't come. They need...
